CARR, Margaret A.February 13, 1931 - February 14, 2016It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, Margaret Adele Carr, on February 14, 2016. She was predeceased by her husband, William H. Carr. Throughout her life, she was deeply caring, considerate and thoughtful towards others, especially her family whom she cherished and committed herself to above all else. She truly understood the wisdom of kindness and empathy. Her children, Grant (Theresa), Susan (Luc) and Sandee Kimmons, along with her grandchildren Patrick, Genevieve, Nicholas, Jordan and Daniel (predeceased) and great-grandson Connor, and all extended family and friends will miss her dearly. Rest in peace Mom. We will love you forever. We extend our thanks to the residents and staff at Granite Ridge for their care and support. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to CHEO or the charity of your choice. A memorial service will be held at the Pinecrest Remembrance Chapel, 2500 Baseline Road, on Saturday, February 20, 2016 at 1 p.m. Reception to follow. A private inurnment will be held in spring.
