Mrs. Loretta Mary Bowring February 2, 1926 - August 13, 2008 - BOWRING, Loretta Mary - Retired from Purity Packaging after 32 years of service. After a brief illness at Peterborough Regional Health Centre on Wednesday August 13, 2008. Loretta (Mayhew) of Peterborough at the age of 82. Wife of the late Jerry Robbins and Lloyd Bowring and best friend of Myrle McRae. Mother of the late Sharon. Predeceased by her parents Emma (Finnegan) and Thomas Mayhew. Dear sister of Margaret Kelly of Peterborough, Larry Mayhew (Marjorie), Louis Mayhew (Greta) all of Oshawa, Jessie (Keith Laundry) of Whitby, Frances Watson (friend Gord) of Campbellford and the late Madeline Boreham, Pat Mayhew and Jim Mayhew. Sister-in-law to the late Don Kelly. Loretta will be sadly missed by several nieces, nephews, friends and relatives. Cremation has taken place and a private family service will be held at a later date.
