CPO2-291 RET Peacefully in Ottawa on Saturday, December 13, 2003 at the age of 62. Loving husband of Marilyn (nee Landry). Dear father of daughters Jennifer Beaulieu (Armand) of Victoria, BC and Terry Lee McPherson of Ottawa, On. John is survived by sister Clare Feuillatre (Ray) of McCreary, brothers Roger (Barb) and Fred of Kelwood and Tim (Tammie) of Winnipeg, Manitoba. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank the caring staff of the ICU at the Ottawa Hospital General Campus for their compassion and support. John, fondly known as J.R. or MAC, had a distinguished career in the Canadian Armed Forces retiring in 1981. He served in Cornwallis NS, Ottawa and Kingston ON, Moncton NB, Inuvik and Alert NWT, and aboard the HMCS Terra Nova. Memorial services to be held 11:00 am Friday, December 19 at St. Maurice Catholic Church, 4 Perry St. Nepean. Internment at Knox United Church Cemetery, McCreary Manitoba.
