McPHERSON, James Nelson Sr. (Jim) - With great sadness, the family announces his passing, at the Brantford General Hospital, on Thursday, January 8th, 2009, in his 75th year. Fondly remembered by his sons Jim Jr. (Margaret), and Sam (Janet) and their mother Barbara McPherson (nee Sheasby). Grandfather of Jeff Wright. Brother of Neil (Darlene), Dolly (Doug), and Allen (Mary). Brother-in-law of Ruth. Predeceased by his parents Sandy and Lillian (nee White), sister Elizabeth (Beth) Usher, and his brothers George, Albert and William “Bud“. He will also be missed by many other family members and friends. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Reception for family and friends to celebrate Jim's life will be held at the HILL & ROBINSON FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 30 Nelson Street, Brantford, on Saturday from 1 - 3 p.m. Donations to the SPCA or Make a Wish Foundation would be appreciated.
