NEILL, James 2009-08-29 Peacefully, at Pioneer Ridge, Jim Neill passed away on Friday, August 28th, 2009, at the age of 81. Jim was born in Timmins, established himself as an accountant in Geraldton, and completed the second half of his career in Winter Haven, Florida. Jim is survived by his sister, Nora (Lee McCaughrin) and his first wife, Betty McMahon; father of Jacquie (Bill Hawken), David (Heather) and Terrylee; grandfather to Elizabeth (Jason), Barbara (Lee), Sean and Kirsty, Jennifer (Ben) and Christopher; great grandfather to: Adira, Serena, Eliana, Amberly, Christina, Kerry, Douglas, Lilly, and Carissa. He was predeceased by his brother and two wives, Clare and Sarah. Jim will be remembered fondly as a master of words with an abiding interest in poetry and story. A Private interment will take place at a later date at Pinegrove Cemetery in Geraldton. In memoriam, donations to the Helping Hands Auxiliary of Pioneer Ridge would be appreciated by the family.
