LaPLANTE James Joseph (Jim) 1908 - 2006 It is with sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of our father, James Joseph (Jim) LaPlante, beloved husband of Irene LaPlante of Calgary, on May 24, 2006, at the age of 97 years. Left with wonderful memories and stories are his loving wife of fifty years, Irene; his children, Brenda, John and Ken; the pride of his life and his legacy, his grandchildren, Dan, Kate and Josh; and daughters-in-law, Laura and Lorie. This day will be remembered and quietly kept, for those we love don't go away, they are carried in our hearts every day. May he rest in peace. As Jim wished, no Funeral Service will be held.
