SAUVE, Gerald Joseph "Gerry" 73 years on July 21, 2000 at Windsor Regional Hospital Metropolitan Campus. Beloved father of Gary Sauve, Brad Sauve and Paulette, William Sauve and Trudy, Loraine Better, Lewis Sauve and Lois, Cheryle Dalpe. Predeceased by his parents Viola and David Sauve. Survived by seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Dear brother of Genevive, Agnes (deceased), Bernard, Paul (deceased), Pearl, Richard (deceased), Delorous, Leila (deceased) and Johnny. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Mr. Sauve was retired from DaimlerChrysler Canada and a member of the CAW Local 444. Gerry enjoyed hunting, fishing, cabinet making, raising tropical fish and raising and racing pidgeons. Visitation at the Windsor Chapel Funeral Home, 1700 Tecumseh Rd. on Saturday July 22, 2000 from 7-9pm and Sunday 2-5pm and 7-9pm. Funeral Service on Monday July 24, 2000 at 11:30 am in the Chapel. Followed by a procession to Heavenly Rest Crematorium. As your expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association.(The Windsor Star)
