Algonquin College Bookstore Georgette Houle (nee Rathier) of Ottawa, Ontario, passed away on Saturday, March 16, 2002 at age 82. Wife of the late Emile Houle (Houle Smoke Shop). Daughter of the late Eugene Rathier and Diana Milotte. Georgette will be sadly missed by her four daughters, Nicole (Peter Hamilton), Monique Fazzino, Lucie (Omer D'Aoust) and Agathe (Sean O'Sullivan), by her sisters Therese Brennan, Noella Leblanc, Gaby Roy, sisters-in-law Renee Rathier and Paulette Houle and by her best friend, Bev Charbonneau. Predeceased by her brothers Emile and Aurele and sisters Cecile Quesnel and Gilberte Leclerc. Grandmother (Nanny) to Mike (Hamilton, Ontario), Cynthia Collins and Colin (Toronto, Ontario); Carlo and Marco Fazzino (B.C.), Marisol Scrivener (Essex, Ontario); Noah Vineberg and Nicolas D'Aoust; Amelie and Liam O'Sullivan. Great-grandmother to Joshua, Emma and Catherine and to Karly, Cruz, Brady, Alijah and Jacob. At her request, there will be no visitation. Donations in Georgette's name to World Vision Canada would be greatly appreciated. Funeral Mass of the Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, March 23 at 11 a.m. at Sainte-Anne Church, Old St. Patrick Street, Ottawa, Ontario.
