RYAN, Dorothy - Passed away peacefully at St. Joseph Health Centre, Toronto, Wednesday, September 17, 2008 at the age of 83. Dorothy (née McFarlane) was the beloved wife of the late Gerard Ryan and loved mother of John (Diana) of Fort McMurray, Alberta and Heather Ryan of Toronto. She will be lovingly remembered by two grandchildren, Sean and Scott Ryan. Dorothy was the dear sister of Edna Widdfield of Temagami, Randal McFarlane (Jean) of Englehart and Ivan (Beatrice) of Sudbury. Family and friends may pay their respects at McGuinty Funeral Home, today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Rita's Church, Saturday at 9:00 a.m. Interment at St. Mary's Cemetery.
