BEAN, Donna Mae (nee McFarlane) - Peacefully at Headwaters Health Care Centre, Shelburne on Monday, March 9, 2009, in her 79th year. Loving wife of the late Doug Bean. Beloved mother of Robert Bean, Brenda Mallette, Betty (Brian) Travers, Rhonda Bean. Cherished grandmother of four grandchildren and three great grandchildren. She will be sadly missed by brother Doug (Avril) McFarlane and sister Sharon (Albert) Meeser. She will be fondly remembered by son-in-law Michael Mallette Sr. (Giselle), aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews and dear friends. Predeceased by her loving parents Earl and Rhoda McFarlane, her first husband Eric Brooks and son Kevin Bean. The family will receive friends at the DONEY FUNERAL HOME, 318 Main St., E., Shelburne on Thursday from 1-3 p.m. Funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Thursday, March 12, 2009 at 3 p.m. Spring interment in the Shelburne Cemetery.
