Late of Windsor. Special friend of Dorothy St. Pierre. Dear husband of the late Marie Tessier (1985) (Green). Loving father of Maurice Tessier, of Stoney Point; Shirley and husband Ed Dauphinee, of Essex; Norman Tessier and wife Patricia, formerly of McGregor; the late Charles (2000). Dear father-in-law of Marilyn Bobbis of Windsor. Dear step-father of James Green and wife Beverley, of Michigan. Survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Dear brother of Joseph and Olive Tessier and Rose and Adrian Dupuis and predeceased by one sister and four brothers and will be remembered by many nieces and nephews. David was a General Motors retiree after 35 years of service. Visiting Tuesday, from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. and Wednesday, from 2:00 to 5:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. The Funeral Service will be on Thursday, September 9, 2004 at 9:30 a.m. at The Marcotte Funeral Home and Chapel, 12105 Tecumseh Road, Tecumseh (735-2830). Fr. Antonio DelCiancio officating. Interment at St. Anne Cemetery. As your expression of sympathy, a donation to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or to the Lung Association would be appreciated. A tree will be planted in memory of David Tessier in the Marcotte Heritage Forest. A dedication service will be held in September 2005. All are welcome.
