WEIR, David Charles - Suddenly at home, on Thursday, April 26th, 2007 in his 53rd year. Loved husband of Alva (nee Godin) for 33 years. Loving father of Misty Lee Weir (Jay Ramnarain) and Lee-Anne (Silverstro) Ranucci. Dear grandfather “POW“ of Brookelynn, Mya, Lillian, Sidney and Samantha. Survived by his mother Allene Weir and sister Susan (Mike) Bailey. Son-in-law of Delphis and Cecile Godin. David will be sadly missed by many sisters- in-law & brothers-in-law, nieces & nephews, family and friends. Predeceased by two brothers John and Greg Weir. The family will receive friends at the HAMMOND FUNERAL HOME AND CHAPEL, 26 Ormond Street South, Thorold on Sunday from 2:00 to 4:00 pm. Funeral Liturgy without Mass will be held in the Chapel on Monday, April 30th at 1:00 pm. Cremation to follow.
