Retired CIBC Manager, Alta Vista Branch WWII Veteran, 23rd Canadian Field Regiment, Royal Canadian Artillery Peacefully at the Ottawa Civic Hospital, in his 96th year, on Friday, March 28th, Courtney James Kelley, of Ottawa, formerly of St. Catharines, Ont. Husband of the late Gertrude Clarke, and special friend of the late Madeline Ramsay. Dearly loved father of Marilyn and her husband Bruce Curry, and cherished grandfather of Courtney and Jordan. Predeceased by his sister Cleora, Leone, Alvera and Vivian, and survived by sisters Evelyn and Lucille, of St. Catharines. He will be fondly remembered by all who knew him for his boundless optimism and love of life. Friends may call at the Westboro Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 403 Richmond Road at Roosevelt, on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service will be held in St. Catharines, ON on Wednesday.
