McPHERSON, Major C. Ronald RCOC, Retired 1923-2004 WWII Veteran It is with great sadness that we announce that Ron passed away Sunday, April 18, 2004, in hospital as a result of an illness. Son of the late Dr. C. J. McPherson and Pearl (Sills) and predeceased by brother Ralph and sisters Carneta and Audrey. Beloved husband and friend of Jean Margaret Potter and dear father of Nancy (Mark Armstrong), Bruce (Margaret) and Sandy. Loving grandfather of Robert, Michael (Elizabeth), Jamie, Greg, Jeff, Jessica and Allan. Cherished great-grandfather of Hailey and Alexander. He'll be fondly remembered by many close relatives and friends. Many thanks to the wonderful staff at the Civic Hospital ICU. Friends may visit at the West Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 150 Woodroffe Ave, North at Richmond Rd., on Wednesday, April 21, 2004 from 7 - 9 p.m. and Thursday, April 22, 2004 after 11 a.m. until the service time in the chapel at 12 noon, followed by a reception.
