LEFEBVRE, Arthur "Art" It is with great sadness that the loving family of Art announce his peaceful passing with his loving wife and family by his side on February 20, 2005 at Hotel Dieu Grace Hospital at 84 years of age. Art was born in L'Orignal, Ontario son of the late Cheri and Georgina Lefebvre. Cherished husband and best friend of Beatrice (Bea) (nee Prud'homme), with whom he celebrated 55 years of marriage. Loving dad of Pauline and husband Jim Hinton of Toronto, Mark and wife Susan Lefebvre of Toronto, Annette and husband Sheldon Magder of Westmount Quebec, Maurice and wife Lynda Lefebvre of Belmont, Ontario. Cherished grandfather and "Pepe" of Jean-Paul, Marc-Alan and Danielle Lefebvre, David and Michael Lefebvre and Alexander Magder. Dear brother of Claire Lefebvre of Ste. Therese, Quebec. Predeceased by sisters, brothers and their spouses Alida and husband Oscar Menard, Jehovah Lefebvre, Leonidas Lefebvre, Armoza Lachapelle and husband Noel, Angea Lefebvre, Cloistered Nun of the Convent of Precious Blood (Sister Marie Joseph), Armande wife of Jean-Baptiste Henri, Rosario Lefebvre, Rose Aimee wife of Arthur Myre, Jeanne Leroux wife of Lorenzo, Sylvio Leone Paul Lefebvre, Laurentia wife of Wilfred Menard and Paul Lefebvre. Predeceased by two infant siblings. Dear brother-in-law of Regina, Yvette and Aurore Lefebvre. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins. Art will be fondly remembered by Pauline Groulx. Art was the last surviving charter and founding member of local Union 700. He was a member of Club 55 Golf, the Art Ziraldo Euchre Card Club and a Cribbage League. Art worked for 27 years at Canadian Bridge Company and 14 years at Canadian Machinery Movers. Art retired at the age of 65 years after many years of dedicated service. He will be sadly missed by his many friends in the Virginia Park neighbourhood. If you so desire, donations to the Charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family. Visiting Tuesday 7-9 p.m. Wednesday 2-5 and 7-9 p.m.., Prayers Wednesday 7:30 p.m. Funeral Thursday 10:15 a.m. from Families First Funeral Home (969-5841) 2670 Dougall Avenue to St Martin de Porres Church for funeral Mass at 11:00 a.m. Interment Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
