Antoine Pilon is born in June of 1664 in the parrish of Saint Patrice de Bayeux in Normandy. Son of Thomas Pilon and of Madeleine Ruault, he get married to Marie-Anne Brunet (16 yrs old), daughter of Mathieu Brunet and of Marie Blanchard, in Montreal on January 10, 1689. They have 13 children together. He comes to New France in 1688 and settles in the Montreal area. He will owns multiple pieces of land in Lachine, Laprairie, La Tortue and Pointe Claire, which he gets from the Jesuites in exchange for annual payments in butter, milk, wheat and wood. He dies in Pointe Claire on February 21, 1715.
