Pierre Hudon dit Beaulieu was born about 1648 in Notre-Dame de Chemille, Anjou, France. Son of Jean Hudon and Françoise Durand, he marries Marie Gobeil (17 years old), daughter of Jean Gobeil and Jeanne Guyet, on July 13th 1676 in Québec. From their union 12 children were born. He is in New France in 1661. In 1666, he is a baker. In 1667, he goes back to France and comes back about 1676. He settles in Rivière-Ouelle. In 1681, he owns 2 guns, 2 heads of cattle and 10 arpents of land. He dies in Rivière-Ouelle on April 24th 1710.

He was a baker upon his arrival in New France. In 1667, he had moved to France and came back circa 1676 to settle in Rivière-Ouelle. In 1681 he owned 2 rifles, 2 heads of cattle and 10 acres of land. He died in Rivière-Ouelle on April 24, 1670.
