I get the message "Because you have not used Your Folks for too long a period, ..."
As soon as you give your user name and password, Your Folks starts a session that lasts until you close your Web browser (ex. Internet Explorer).
However, for security and performance reasons, Your Folks will terminate a session when a user has not been interacting with it for about 20 minutes.
SOLUTION: The user must then open a new session by following the instructions in the message.
I am getting that message all the time
To manage a session, Your Folks must use cookies. Normally, Web browsers (ex. Internet Explorer) allow you to use cookies. However, it may happen that cookies are not allowed on your computer.
SOLUTION: Tell your browser it must allow cookies. To do that, proceed as follows:
With Internet Explorer versions 6 or more recent:
With Netscape Navigator versions 7 or more recent
For other browsers, you can do the same, by following the instructions in their Help file.
