I am told my username is not available?

There are two possible explanations:

• You are registering for the first time but the username you want has already been taken.
  • SOLUTION: Try to register with another username. For example, you can add your door number to it, to make it unique.
• You are already a member with that username.
  • SOLUTION: From now on, when you want to use Your Folks, use the "Login" section in the menu above.
