Obituary of William Schwartz

SCHWARTZ, William (Bill) Peacefully in hospital, Shawville, Quebec on Saturday, November 22, 2008 surrounded by his family, in his 69th year, following a courageous battle with cancer. Son of the late Julius Schwartz and the late Hanna Krose. Beloved husband for 44 years of May (nee Palmer). Loving father of Terry (Marie), Mark (Jackie), Wayne and Wendy (Steve) and late Derek (1978). Will be sadly missed by his grandchildren, Blake, Jake, Cory, Nikolas, Colin, & Katrina. Bill will also be missed by his sister Dorothy (Ken), and brothers Wilfred (Lilda), and Lloyd and many nieces, nephews and friends. Friends may call at W.J. Hayes & Sons Funeral Home, 134 Centre Street, Shawville, Quebec on Tuesday, November 25, 2008 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Service in the chapel on Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. Interment Maple Grove Cemetery.
