Obituary of W. -Andre Lafrance

LAFRANCE, Dr. W. Andre M.D., FRCP (C) It is with great sadness that the Lafrance family wishes to inform you of the sudden passing of Dr. W. Andre Lafrance on Wednesday, November 23rd, 2005, at the age of 68. Dear son of the late Alfred Lafrance and the late Noella Lalonde. Beloved husband of Lorraine St Denis for 45 years. Devoted father of Luc, Pierre (Dominique Yelle-Lafrance), Louise (Gabriel Guilbault), Madeleine and Nicole. Cherished by his grandchildren, Vincent, Valerie, Veronique and Caroline. He will be sadly missed by his brother, Dr. Jean-Roch Lafrance (Francine Patenaude), and sisters Suzanne and Danielle Lafrance. Also survived by his stepmother Therese Lafond, mother-in-law Laurina St Denis (late Vincent St Denis), sister-in-law Joanne Saint-Denis, brother-in-law Ronald Saint-Denis (Claudette Sauro). Fondly remembered by aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews, other family members and many dear friends. Predeceased by his brother Laurier (Mignonne Villeneuve). Family will receive condolences at Saint-Gabriel Church, 55 Appleford Road, Ottawa on Monday, November 28th, 2005 at 10:00 a.m. until time of service which will be held at 11:00 a.m. Donations can be made to THE ANDRE AND LORRAINE LAFRANCE FAMILY FUND, a designated fund within the community Foundation of Ottawa.
