Obituary of Susan Kahn

KAHN Susan Ellen Kahn, of Blaine, Wash., passed away Sunday, July 11, 2010, after a short illness. At the time of her passing Susan was employed by the Border Patrol Blaine Sector Headquarters. Susan was a graduate of Staples High School, Westport. She was a gourmet cook, an avid sailor and a lover of all animals. She was the daughter of the late Jacqueline Van Bergh and Walter Charles Kahn. She leaves behind her beloved husband and life partner of 37 years, William T. Hansen of Blaine, Wash., formerly of Westport. She is also survived by her loving sister, Margery K. and brother-in-law, R. Michael Henzi, of Wellesley Hill, Mass.; her nephew, Robert Charles Henzi, II of New York City; and niece, Jennifer Kahn Henzi of San Francisco, Calif. Services and internment are private. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to a cancer foundation of your choice. Susan will be loved and remembered in our hearts forever.
