Obituary of Mary-Anne Taylor

TAYLOR, Mary Anne - Passed away at her residence in Winnipeg on Sunday May 25, 2008. Mary Anne was born and raised in Owen Sound and received her early education here. She went on to the University of Western and received her masters degree from the University of Waterloo. After graduation Mary Anne moved to Winnipeg to work at the University of Winnipeg. She met and married her husband Arthur Kempan in Winnipeg and they lived in the city until her passing. Mary Anne is survived by her son Christopher Kempan and his partner Brandi Taras, son William Kempan, and sister Nora Taylor of Toronto. She is predeceased by her parents Helen and Humphrey Taylor. A Funeral Mass was celebrated on Tuesday June 3, 2008 at St. John Brebeuf Parish Church. Monsignor Ward Jamieson officiated. Interment was in Thomson in the Park Cemetery.
