Obituary of Marion Peterson

Marion A. Peterson, 79, formerly of West Nyack, N.Y. died on March 16, 2001. She was born on February 12, 1922 to Charles J. and Anna (nee Moore) Ackerson in New York City. Marion was a secretary for Lehn and Fink in Montvale, NJ. She is predeceased by her husband, Richard J. Peterson in 1999. She is survived by 3 sons, Richard Peterson of Falls Church, VA, Charles Peterson of Pittsburgh, PA, Robert Peterson of Scotch Plains, NJ, 8 grandchildren, Deirdre, Hannah, Louis, Rachel, Nicholas, Brianna, Ryan and Conor Peterson. Also survived by 1 sister, Kathleen Sussingham of Mt. Vernon, NY, 3 brothers, Frank Cohane, formerly of Hawthorne, NY, Gerald Cohane of Fairfield, CT and Joseph Cohane of South Carolina. Reposing Hawthorne Funeral Home Sunday 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral Mass Monday 12 Noon St. Francis of Assisi Chapel at Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Interment following.
