->Marguerite A. Luce MALTA - Marguerite A. “Peggy” Luce, passed away on February 9, 2015 - Formerly of Rotterdam, N.Y., peacefully entered eternal life after a brief illness. Born on October 6, 1930 in Troy, N.Y., she was the daughter of the late Francis and Marguerite Lowe; the sister to Frank and William Lowe and predeceased by her sisters Jean, Patricia, Christine and her brother Lawrence. She was formerly married to the late Raymond K Luce. Peggy held several jobs throughout her life and was a devout Christian who devoted her life to her children and grandchildren; she will be truly missed by all who knew and loved her. She was the loving mother to Mark Luce, Debra-Ann Mills (Bill), Edward Luce (Janet), Colleen Weires (George), Donna Tucker (Bill) and the loving grandmother to Luna, Genia Krassnig, Raymond, Edward, Christina, Amanda, Danielle, Nicholas, Sarah and Emily.
