Obituary of Lucille Mason

LUCILLE C. MASON 1918 - 2010 Lucille C. Mason, 92, passed away Tuesday, June 22, 2010 following a long illness. Born in Alford, FL she was a fifty-two year resident of Milton, FL and for the past twenty years, a resident of Pensacola, FL. Preceded in death is her husband of 48 years, George C. Powell; husband, Joseph Vines and husband, Curtis Mason; sisters, Mada Heidenreich, Mary Haddock and Daisy Morris. Survivors include her son, William R. Powell (Eileen); two granddaughters, Tracy Sikes (Clay) and Tamela Kirk (John); grandson, Christopher Powell; two great-granddaughters, Jennifer Kirk and Ali Sikes; brothers, Franklin Clark (Manuella), Willard Clark (Evelyn) and Joseph Clark (Sandy); nieces and nephews. A visitation will be held from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Friday, June 25, 2010 at Pensacola Memorial Gardens Funeral Home. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 2:00 p.m. at St. Paul Catholic Church. Honorary pallbearers are Franklin Clark, Willard Clark, Joseph Clark, Clay Sikes and John Kirk. Interment will follow at Milton Cemetery, Milton, Florida. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Paul Catholic Church Pipe Organ Fund in memory of Lucille C. Mason.
