Obituary of Kenneth-William Qualls

Mr. Qualls passed away at the North Florida Hospital on Tuesday, October 23, 2012 from heart failure.He was born on April 17, 1962 in Winter Guarden, FL and lived there until moving to Lake City 3 years ago to help take care of his mother who proceeded him in death on April 29, 2012Kenneth was a graduate of West Orange High School and Florida Southern with a B.S. Degree.He is survived by his Father, Frank; Two brothers: Bruce & Michael, as well as several nieces and newphews.
