Obituary of Jeanne-Louise Norris


March 24, 2007 Jeanne Louise Norris, 68, of Coldspring, Texas, passed away Saturday, March 24, 2007. She was born in Oswego, New York, on June 2, 1938, to George Lester and Rose Gertrude Stewart of Adams, New York. After graduating from Mannsville Manor High School, she became a secretary for General Electric and later pursued a career as a legal secretary. Her greatest accomplishments, in which she took great pride, were that of being an exceptional wife, loving mother and adoring Mawmaw. She was preceded in death by her parents, along with her loving brother, Clifford Stewart, and sisters, Sharon Saumier and Lois Hughes. She is survived by her loving husband, Frederick William Norris; son, Frederick William Norris III, and wife, Celine of Tyler, TX; daughter, Karen Mullins, and husband, Maurice of Coldspring, TX; and the grandchildren who always made her smile, Gregory, Erika, Ryan and Hunter of Coldspring, TX; brother, Richard Stewart of Belleville, NY; sisters, Barbara Biadasz of Plover, WI, and Martha Worns of Pulaski, NY; many nieces, nephews and numerous other cherished family members and caring friends.
