Obituary of James Golden

James R. Age 49, of 722 Delaware Avenue, passed away at home on Monday, October 7, 2002. James was born June 30, 1953 in Elmira son of the late James A. and Shirley A. (Webber) Golden. He was employed by AD Tranz as a harness assembler prior to being disabled. Jim is married to the former Ruth (Meyers) Golden who survives. In addition to his wife he is survived by his children, Shirley Golden of Elmira, Eric (Malissa) Rosekrans of N. Chemung, Ruth (Robert) Green of Elmira, grandchildren, Matthew and Steven Rosekrans, Alexis and Tiffany Green, siblings, Beverly Cubero of Elmira, Loretta (Eddie Schlosser) Golden of Ulster, PA, Lisa (Carlos) Golden of Elmira, Wayne (Diana Tice) Golden of Elmira, Howard (Penny) Golden of Elmira, Debbie (Dave) Smith of Horseheads, Doug (Mary) Golden of Towanda, PA, Robin Thomas of VA, father and mother-in-law, John (Agnes) Meyers of Southport, brothers-in-law, Francis (Linda) Meyers of Beaver Dams, John (Virginia) Meyers of Warner Robins, GA, sister-in-law, Ann (Joe) Knickerbocker of Elmira, step-father, Donald Peterson, special friends, Fred (Kathleen) Beard, step-brothers, step-sisters, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Family and friends are invited to call Thursday, October 10, 2002 from 6 to 8:30 PM at the James D. Barrett Funeral Home.
