Hymes, 91, of 99 Stryker Ave., Auburn, NY, a graduate of Jordan High School in 1938, U.S. Army veteran of World War II, retired senior purchasing agent at ALCO, Auburn. Surviving: two children, Deborah Cornall, Larry W. (Lisa) Hymes, Auburn; six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren. Mass: 9:30 a.m. Friday in Sacred Heart Church, Auburn. Entombment in St. Joseph's Cemetery. Calling Hours: Thursday, 4 to 7 p.m. at Farrell's Funeral Service, Inc., 84 South St., Auburn, NY. Memorials may be made to either Sacred Heart Church or the Owasco Fire Department.
