Obituary of Jack-Edward Larose


Jack Edward LAROSE 02/18/1923 to 09/13/2005 At 82 years old, Jack has joined his wife Alsea and the Lord in Heaven. He was a loving Father, Brother and Grandfather. His love for life included being with his family, riding his bicycle, gardening and helping others. He was an elder at University Presbyterian Church in Seattle, WA, and he worked as a chemist for 43 years at the FDA. He served his country in World War II as a medic and also during the Korean War. He left behind his son, Scott LaRose of Seattle, WA., Daughter Jacqueline (Cary) Tingley of Everett, WA., and two grandchildren, Jack and Jennifer Tingley. He is also survived by three brothers and one sister, Bill LaRose of Chattaroy, WA., David LaRose (Jerene) of Bellevue, WA., Howard LaRose (Donna) of Spokane, WA., and Doris Loffler of Olympia, WA.. He is a Hero to many and will be very much missed. At his request, private family services will be held. An Open Reception for friends and family will be held at 4002 - 50th Avenue N.E., Seattle, WA., on Saturday, September 24th, from 1:30 - 4:00 p.m. Donations may be sent to Group Health Hospice or University Presbyterian Church-Childrens Ministries.
