Obituary of Helen-Garwick O-Keefe

Helen Garwick O'Keefe of Huntington Beach, CA, born January 6, 1917 in East St. Louis, MO. Our loving mother, grandmother and friend Helen, passed away April 12, 2001. Two smiling eyes Are sleeping, Two busy hands are still. The one we love so deeply Is resting at God's will. May she always Walk in sunshine, God's love around her glow. For all the happiness She gave us, Only a few will ever know. It broke our hearts to lose her But she did not go alone. For part of us went with her The day God called her home. She was preceded in death by her sister, Mary Lou Heffernan, her husband John R. O'Keefe, and her parents Walter and Ruth Garwick. She is survived by her brother, Robert W. Garwick of Saldo, TX, her daughter, Nancy Altobello of Corona Del Mar, CA, her son Sean K. O'Keefe of Salt Lake City, UT; her grandchildren, Preston and Morgan Altobello, Sean Patrick, John Ryan, Kelley Margret and William Matthew O'Keefe. Helen is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
