Obituary of Florence-C. Lussier

FALL RIVER - Florence C. "Flo" (Rousseau) Lussier, 85, the mother of a North Billerica man, died Tuesday, Oct. 29, at Newport Hospital in Newport, R.I. She was the widow of Napoleon F. "Nap" Lussier.A lifelong resident of Fall River, she was a daughter of the late Omer and Leontine (Charest) Rousseau.Mrs. Lussier was a torpedo gyro assembler at the Newport Naval Torpedo Station many years ago, and more recently worked as a seamstress.She was a member of the Ladies of St. Anne Sodality of the former Blessed Sacrament Parish.Survivors include four sons, Denis Lussier of North Billerica, Maurice and Gilbert Lussier, both of Fall River, and David Lussier of Jamestown, R.I., a daughter, Louise Lussier of Portsmouth, R.I.; a sister, Annette Morrissette of Milton, and grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.She was also the sister of the late Lucille Lagueux and Raymond, Rene and Roland Rousseau.
