Obituary of Eric Fletcher

Agricultural LaborerAUBURNDALE -- Mr. Eric Fletcher of Auburndale died of complications of kidney failure Oct. 10, 2005, at Palm Garden of Winter Haven. He was 73.Born in Jamaica on March 8, 1932, he came to Auburndale from Albion, N.Y., 28 years ago. He was a retired agricultural laborer. He was a Pentecostal.Mr. Fletcher is survived by his wife, Early Fletcher; sons, Errol Fletcher, Montiego Bay, Jamaica, Aree Spivey, Auburndale; daughters, Michelle Fletcher, Bronx, N.Y., Celeste Powell, Auburndale; brother, C.B. Coleman, Jamaica; sister, Doris Fletcher, Jamaica; eight grandchildren. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Charles A. Lewis Funeral Home in Winter Haven. Services will be at 11:30 a.m. Saturday at New Deliverance Praise Ministries, Second Street N.E., Winter Haven.
