Obituary of Emma-Jean Francis

Emma Jean Francis, 87, Venice, died Nov. 25, 2006. She was born Aug. 20, 1919, in Olive Hill, Ky., and came to Venice in 1960 from Prestonburg, Ky. She was a homemaker and a member of First Baptist Church in Venice. Surviving family members include a son, Fred H. of Venice; four grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 1 to 2 p.m. Tuesday, with a service to follow, at Farley Funeral Home, Venice Chapel. Burial will follow in Sarasota Memorial Park.
