Obituary of Dorothy O-Neil

FRANKLIN, Mrs. Dorothy (O'Neil) - a resident of Wallaceburg, passed away on Saturday, June 27, 2009 at the Chatham Kent Health Alliance Sydenham Campus at the age of 86 years. She was born in Wallaceburg and was a daughter of the late John and Gladys (O'Leary) O'Neil. Beloved wife of the late Charles Franklin. Loving mother and mother-in-law of Lynne Franklin, Adria & Mike Bechard, Dianne Slater & Jim Alderton and Mary Anne & Tom Christensen. Sadly missed by her grandchildren Ian & Amy Bechard Colin Bechard, Lyndsay Slater, Breanne Slater and great grandmother of Kieran Bechard and Chloe Bechard. Dear sister and sister- in-law of Michael & Jackie O'Neil, Ted & Jane O'Neil and Peggy & Paul Dilliott. Kind and special friend of Joy, Don & Nancy and Sally & Jim. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by a brother Gordon O'Neil. Friends were received at the ERIC F. NICHOLLS FUNERAL HOME, 639 Elgin St. Wallaceburg, on Monday, June 29, 2009 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Parish prayers were Monday evening at 7 pm. The funeral mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, June 30, 2009 at 11:30 am from Our Lady Of Help Church. Interment in Riverview Cemetery, Wallaceburg.
