Obituary of Dorothy Alexander

DOROTHY ALEXANDER MELBOURNE BEACH Dorothy M. Alexander of Melbourne Beach, FL died peacefully at home on Friday, February 1, 2008, following a brief illness. Daughter of Charles and Evelda Alexander of Portland, Maine, Dorothy worked as an executive secretary and parale gal throughout New England and in West Palm Beach, FL before moving to Melbourne Beach in 1993. She was well known around Brevard County for her ballroom dancing, which she enjoyed three to four nights per week. Dorothy is survived by her beloved son, John C. (Jack) Farrar and daughter-in-law, Mary Ellen of Indialantic; and her grandsons, John Alexander Farrar and David Charles Farrar of Orlando, FL, of whom she was so very proud.
