Obituary of Doris-Ann-Smith Fowler

Funeral services for Doris Ann Smith Fowler, 69, of Brunswick, Ohio, were held on Tues day, Dec. 28, 2004, at 11 a.m. at Carlson Funeral Home in Brunswick, Ohio. Burial was in the Eastlawn Memory Gardens, Brunswick. Mrs. Fowler went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, Dec. 26, 2004, at Medina General Hospital. She was born Sept. 18, 1935, in Morgan County to Carroll Wesley Smith Sr. and Lassie Randolph Smith. She attended Priceville School. She was a homemaker and a seamstress. Mrs. Fowler was preceded in death by her father, C. Wesley Smith Sr. Doris is survived by her husband, Joe V. Fowler of Brunswick, Ohio; her mother, Lassie Smith of Hartselle; her daughter, Sheila Pack of Medina, Ohio; her son, Terry (Angie) Fowler of Brunswick, Ohio; two brothers, Wesley (Ilene) Smith Jr., and Larry (Rita) Smith, both of Somerville; three sisters, Carolyn (Burl) Slaten of Brooksville, Judy (Thomas) Fowler and Melissa (Paul) Burnthall, both of Somerville; two grandsons, Jeremy (Christina) Galvin and Bradley Fowler; one granddaughter, Mandi Galvin; and her sister-in-law, Wilda (Eugene) Garner of Hartselle.
