Obituary of Daniel-L. Miller

Daniel L. Miller of Vero Beach died April 17 at Indian River Medical Center in Vero Beach. He was born in Wyandotte, Mich. Before retirement, he worked at Heron Cay for 17 years in security. He retired from General Motors in Detroit, Mich., where he worked in security, after 33 years. He was a lifetime member of VFW Post 1135 in Wyandotte. He was an usher at St. Helen Catholic Church in Vero Beach for 20 years. Survivors include his wife of 60 years, Betty L. Miller of Vero Beach; sons, Wayne Miller of Allen Park, Mich., Warren Miller of Lincoln Park, Mich., Mark Miller of Wyandotte, and Aaron Miller of Houston, Texas; daughter, Maureen Bogart of Wyandotte; nine grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. SERVICES: There will be no memorial services in Florida. Burial will be in Michigan. Arrangements are by Cox-Gifford-Seawinds Funeral Home and Crematory in Vero Beach.
