Obituary of Charles-Edward Austin

Charles Edward Austin, 77, of Bonifay died June 29 at his home. He was born Nov. 20, 1930, in Chicago, Ill., to the late Francis Edward and Helen Ann Vancata Austin. In addition to his parents, Austin was preceded in death by a daughter, Judith Valeria Luterman. Survivors include two sons, Daniel Irwin Austin and John Andrew Austin, both of Bonifay; mother of his children, Lovenia Pitts Austin of Bonifay; one brother, Albert Austin of Chicago, Ill.; a sister, Joan Rylewicz of Berwyn, Ill., three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Funeral was held July 3 at Carmel Assembly of God with the Revs. Tommy Moore and Jerry Moore officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery with Peel Funeral Home of Bonifay directing.
