Betty Warren DUNCAN, SC-- Betty Jo Bright Warren, 84, formerly of Duncan, died June 3, 2013 at Alpha Health and Rehab. A native of Spartanburg County, daughter of the late George Leonard and Minnie Smith Bright, she was a retired employee of the U.S. Postal Service and a member of Startex United Methodist Church. Surviving are a son and daughter-in-law, Dave and Terri Warren of Lyman; a daughter, Catherine Elizabeth Warren Sizemore of Duncan; a sister, Shirley Marie Bloxham of Duncan; seven grandchildren, Adam Ross Warren, Amy Jo Hansen, Andrew Warren Sizemore, Anna Catherine Sizemore, Laura Elizabeth Burnett, Abigail Taylor Sizemore, and Taylor Randall Warren; and one great-grandchild, Logan Matthew Sizemore. Mrs. Warren was predeceased by one son, John Norman Warren, Jr., two brothers, James LaFoy and Edward Hugh, and one sister, Mary Alice Dobbins. Graveside services will be held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at Wood Memorial Park. Grandsons will serve as pallbearers. Visitation will be held after the service at the cemetery.
