Arthur Lee "Hump" Rice, of 105 Sunshine Ave., died Saturday, May 25, 2002. Survivors: A son, Meco Rice, of Greenville; mother, Reesie Blassingame and stepfather William Blassingame, of Greenville; brothers, Melvin Moss of Atlanta, Ga., and Willie Rice of Greenville; a half brother, Hawhatha McLendon, of Anderson; sisters, Barbara Jaby of Fountain Inn and Ella Robinson of Pelzer; stepsisters, Betty McLendon and Joyce Bowens, both of Easley; and a friend, of the home, Flora Mansell. Service: 1 p.m. Friday at S.C. Franks Chapel of Remembrance, Greenville. Burial: Pinedale Memorial Park.
