Obituary of Annie Gorman

GORMAN, Annie Enid (nee Allen) We announce the passing of Enid Gorman on December 27, 2003 after 5 years of declining health. Enid was the loved wife of the late Austin Gorman and is survived by her son Richard (Pat) of Almonte. She enjoyed her grandchildren Tara Reid (Paul) of Kanata and Shaline Kirkpatrick (Glen) of Montpelier, Vermont, and her great-grandchildren Kishelle Reid and Calen Kirkpatrick. Enid was predeceased by her sister Verda Hallett and brothers Garfield, Clifford, Edwin and Hazen and brothers-in-law Eulas Hallett, Hazen Gorman, Russell Gorman and Doug Cochrane and sisters-in-law Eileen Allen, Violet Jones and Vivian Cochrane. Remembered by sisters-in-law Kay Allen. Madeline Allen and Muriel Gorman all from the Fredericton, New Brunswick area. She will be sadly missed by many friends and kind neighbours, especially Bob and Jean Porter of Smiths Falls. Special thanks to the staff of Van Horne Manor, Smiths Falls, and Almonte Country Haven where she received exceptional loving care. Due to her failing health, her passing comes as a blessing. Interment was at Hillcrest Cemetery following a private family funeral service. In memoriam donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
