William Gary Age 56 of #24 Buffard's Estates, Lawrenceville, PA, Wednesday, April 18, 2001 at his residence. He was born August 29, 1944 in Jacksonville, FL, the son of Richard & Erma Russell Dow. He served in the United States Air Force from 1962-1967. He lived in California from 1967-1972 working at a hotel & as a fireman at the Boeing airport plant. He was a Florida state prison guard from 1972-1975. He worked for Elkland Boro from 1975-1977 and Corning Inc. from 1977-2000. He was a member of the American Flint Glass Workers Union & the Central Baptist Church, Corning, NY. Survived by; son, Richard & Fiancee, Cheryl Kimbrell, Lawrenceville, PA; Mother, Erma Dow, Ocala, FL; Brothers, Richard Dow, Florida, Roger Dow, Florida; Many Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews & Cousins in Florida. He was preceded in death by his Father, Richard Dow. Friends are invited to call at the Kenyon Funeral Home, Inc., #214 West Main Street, Elkland, PA, Friday from 6-8PM. Funeral services will be conducted at the convenience of the family in Florida at a later date.
