Loving husband of Gloria Paterson (nee Black). Dear father of Wayne Paterson (Rebecca) of Sussex, N.B. and Donna Haines (Tony) of Trenton. Brother of Don Paterson (Lorraine) of Ottawa, brother-in-law of Charlotte Paterson of Ottawa. Grandfather of Shelley Haines. Predeceased by his son Tim and his brother Doug.
