Avis de décès de Mary-L. Cheney

Mary L. Cheney, 75, of St. Augustine, died Sunday, Sept. 19, 2004, at her residence. She was born in Iowa and was a longtime resident of Ridgefield, Conn., before moving to St. Augustine in 1988. Mrs. Cheney worked for many years as a home healthcare administrator for District Nursing Association of Ridgefield. Locally, she was a member of St. Anastasia Catholic Church, did volunteer work with Habitat for Humanity and the Learn to Read program, and was a member of the St. Augustine Women's Club.Funeral services will be held at noon Friday, Sept. 24, 2004, at St. Anastasia Catholic Church with the Rev. Seamus O'Flynn officiating. A visitation will begin at 11 a.m. Friday in the San Antonio Room at St. Anastasia Catholic Church. Interment will follow at a later date in the Lowville Rural Cemetery in Lowville, N.Y. Flowers are gratefully declined and those wishing may make a donation in her memory to Community Hospice of N.E.
