Avis de décès de John Hanlon


John William "Bill" Hanlon John William "Bill" Hanlon, "passed over" May 23, 2005 at 4:20 a.m. in his home with his children and extended family surrounding him in love. Bill was a carpenter and a member of Carpenter's Local #599. In his youth, he was a competitive boxer, and later in life, a competitive pool player. All of his life, he was an avid fisherman who loved nature. Bill will be remembered most dearly for the way he loved his children. They are: Shawn, Kelly and Katie of Crown Point and Faith Jones of Tell City, Indiana. Bill had four grandchildren: Tyler and Braden of Crown Point and Drake and Savannah Rose of Tell City. Bill is also survived by his parents: Rev. John F. and Katherine Hanlon of Crown Point and six siblings: David Hanlon, Steve Hanlon, Mary St. Aubin of Crown Point, Becky Dunham of Munster, Debbie Hunt of Danville and Judy Hanlon of Holden, Massachusetts, who will be officiating at the memorial service. Bill was also a favorite, crazy uncle to 13 nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held Saturday, May 28, 2005, 10:00 a.m. from Burns Funeral Home, 10101 Broadway (Rt. 53), Crown Point. Friends may visit with the family on Friday from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Burns Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to a trust fund for his children. Checks should be made payable to "Benefit of John W. Hanlon". Rest in peace. We miss you already.
