Davey, Joan Marie COLONIE Joan Marie Davey, 48, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, May 14, 2008 at St. Clare's Hospital. Joan was born on July 26, 1959 in Troy to Anna M. (Michalski) Davey and the late William A. Davey. She was a graduate of Lansing-burgh High School. Joan was currently working for St. Clare's Hospital as the director of material management; prior to that, she worked for Bellevue Women's Hospital. She was an avid Yankees fan. In addition to her mother, Anna of Colonie, Joan is survived by her brother, Mark (Shirley) Davey of Dallas, Ga.; her sister, Mary (Robert) Testo; her nephew, Gregory Testo; and her niece, Emily Testo, all of Troy. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins. Calling hours will be held at New Comer-Cannon Family Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie (Rt. 155-south of Central Ave.) on Sunday from 2 to 5 p.m. All are welcomed. Interment will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one's choice.
