Jean Little of Binghamton, N.Y.Jean Little, 63, of Binghamton, went to be with her Lord on Tuesday, October 1, 2002. She is survived by her loving family, three daughters and sons-in-law, Laura and Bill Quintin, Conklin, Linda and Joseph Frisbie II, Hawleyton, Sue and Tom McNerney, Truxton, N.Y.; one son and daughter-in-law, Matthew and Chandra Little, Hawleyton; six grandchildren, Sierra, Lauren, Kaci, Christopher, Emily, Benjamin; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Albert and Patricia Wainwright, Jr., East Berne, N.Y., Morton and Marcia Wainwright, Wynantskill, N.Y.; one sister and brother-in-law, Alyce and Lloyd Littlefield, Hurley, N.Y.; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Jean was formerly the secretary at Conklin Presbyterian Church for many years and worked at Evelyn's Restaurant in Conklin. She was a devoted mother and homemaker. She was involved with Eastern Star, Delta Sigma Chi, Girlscouts, foster grandparenting and teaching Sunday School. She will be remembered as a good person and someone who lived by the word of the Lord. A memorial service will be held at 12 p.m. on Friday, October 4, 2002 at the Conklin Presbyterian Church with Rev. Dr. Stephen W. Starzer officiating. The family will receive friends Thursday, October 3, 2002 at the Savage Funeral Home, 338-344 Conklin Ave. in Binghamton from 5 to 7 p.m. Donations may be made in Jean's memory to the charity of your choice.
