MCFARLAND, Fernande Fern (Nee: St. Georges, Solomon, Green) - In loving memory of Fernande Fern McFarland (Nee: St. Georges, Solomon, Green), 61 years, who passed away Friday, October 31st, 2008 at Maison Vale INCO Hospice. Beloved mother of Nathan Nate James Solomon, Natasha de Montigny, Paul and Isabelle de Montigny, Reece and Renee Wilkinson. Cherished grandmother of Marc and Tanisha. Loving daughter of Joseph Jos St. Georges deceased October 25, 2008 and Marguerite Marg St. Georges and Papa Bill Aronec. Sadly missed by special friends Jennie, Mrs. V and Irma. Born in Sudbury, Fern enjoyed blues music and live bands. She was an active volunteer with many groups including, Access Aids, Better Beginnings Better Futures, D.A.W.N. and Take Back The Night. Funeral Service in the LOUGHEED FUNERAL HOME, 252 Regent St. at Hazel St. Wednesday, November 5th, 2008 at 11:30 a.m. Cremation at the Parklawn Crematorium.
